Is there a refund policy?

ASAS has a limited amount of tickets. This means when we're sold out, we're really sold out. In order to make that work as good as possible, you can't cancel your tickets and get a refund after you bought them. However, it is possible to change the name of the visitor. If for example you bought the ticket, but you're no longer able to come, you can send someone else in your place. If you want to change the name of the visitor of your ticket, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is it possible to get a group discount for ASAS?

Yes, that's possible. At our ticketshop you'll see that visiting ASAS with 5 or more people means you get a 20% discount. Are you visiting with another amount of people (e.g. 4 or 15), please contact us.
